About Me

How This Work Began

For several years, I worked as a licensed mental health counselor, supporting people one-on-one through some of their most personal struggles. While that work was meaningful, I often felt a strong pull to do more—to reach more women who were seeking growth but might not have access to or interest in traditional therapy. I began to think seriously about how I could use what I had learned professionally and personally to create something lasting and accessible. That’s when I decided to move into the digital space, where I could teach and guide not just one person at a time, but many.
Starting Christine Savage Empowerment was my way of combining my knowledge, creativity, and lived experience into something practical and supportive. I wanted to offer self-help resources that women could use on their own terms, wherever they are in life. Every blog post, course, and e-book is designed to help others find clarity, gain confidence, and grow into the version of themselves they’ve been searching for. My story isn’t just about leaving one career to start another—it’s about building a bridge between what I’ve learned and what I know others need.
